Farm Fresh Egg Prices
Pasture-raised chicken and duck eggs, gathered fresh and sold straight from our flock — no middleman, no shipping, just eggs from birds you could come meet.
What “pasture-raised” means here
Our birds spend their days outside in our half-acre backyard, not packed into a small run or coop. They forage for bugs and greens, dust-bathe in the sun, and still have ample room in their coop and run come bedtime. That space to roam and variety in their diet is what gives the yolks their rich color and the eggs their flavor.
Our chicken hens lay a mixed carton — blue, olive, and pink shells, depending on the bird. Our ducks lay larger, cream-shelled, higher-protein eggs with a rich, deep-gold yolk — about 1 duck egg per 1.5 chicken eggs in a recipe, so a duck egg carton goes further than a chicken egg carton of the same size.

Why duck eggs cost more
Ducks eat more feed per bird and lay fewer eggs than chickens, so each duck egg costs more to produce. Duck eggs also have a richer yolk and more protein.
